Ordered a dress online via their website described as “in stock and ready to ship” that never arrived. Order was placed Oct 2022. Credit card was charged and I received an email confirmation for the order, but several attempts to email customer service went unanswered. There is no phone number for this business and no way to get a hold of a human directly. This business is a complete scam.
