I placed the order on 11/23. They were paid 11/26 so I gave them ample time to deliver. As time grew closer to Christmas, I got worried that I wouldn’t get my stuff. I emailed them. They apologized and reassured me my package would be delivered by 12/29. I was a little upset because it would be after Christmas and this was someone’s gift. 12/29 came and passed, I got nothing. I asked for a refund. They said when I get the product I can return it for a full refund. I pointed out that I never got it which is why I’m asking for the refund. They said it would be delivered 1/9 but it was never delivered. Again, I asked for a refund. They promised a refund within 3 business days. The days passed and no refund. I emailed them again. They said the package would be delivered. Let’s just say this has gone on every week since 1/9 and it is now 2/13. They said they sent another package and it would delivered today needless to say I got nothing.
