I previously emailed regarding a placed order on June 13, 2023 for the CHECK ON YOUR DAWGS TEE via their website for $39.99. It shows on the Shop App and USPS website my item is Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item US since June 24, 4:00 am and I am located in Bolingbrook, IL. I have been looking forward to updates repeatedly calling/emailing, but no updates have occurred. I requested an update as to where my order is or a refund, but no response. Via social media multiple people have the same issue.
