An ad for a set of cast iron pots and pans marked WAY down came across my screen. I purchased, November 2nd, to be delivered to my brother as a gift for Christmas. It is now February 6th and nothing has been delivered. I emailed requesting my confirmation email the same day I placed the order. I received an email back stating "Thanks for contacting us and sorry for keeping you waiting. Warehouses are understaffed due to the surge in orders due to the Black Friday sale! Our orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days and take 7-15 business days to arrive! It depends on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. If you have any questions, please contact me in time.". All other emails have been unanswered and paid for merchandise was NEVER received.
