Shop senia, previously shop sena is a total scam. They sell, you buy and receive a tracking number that never updates therefore you never receive your package.

My friend Prepaid for a nutrition scale they advertised on Facebook on July 22, 2018. Paid $69.95 on credit card. After checking his order status on line, it showed a tracking # for FEDEX which showed item delivered to some other state! I sent Shop Senia an email for him and asked what happened that his order was sent somewhere else. They responded by verifying the mailing address it should go to that they had on record and gave me a DIFFERENT tracking #. I have been checking that tracking # every few days for him and it keeps showing in transit as the status! I again emailed this company and they don't respond now. To date, Aug. 29, 2018, I still have not received the Nutrition Scale I ordered for me and get no response from this company. My friend is out $69.95 and we want this company to be investigated as to whether they are legit. I am in WA state and they are in Calif. I don't believe it takes this long for an item to arrive from there to WA state!

On July 20, 2018 I was browsing Facebook and saw an ad for a hair product (Instant Hair Bun) I thought it would be something I might like so I clicked on the ad and was redirected to the website https://shopsenia.com/ to place the order. I received email confirmation that my order had been placed right away. On July 26 I received an email that confirmed that the item had shipped, it even has a tracking number. When I check the tracking number it says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item VALENCIA, CA, 91355" This is where the tracking stops, USPS has still not received the item.

I have sent several emails to the email asking for an ETA and an explanation of why the order is just sitting and has not moved. I have not received a reply to any of my emails to this company.
