Ordered a few items online and a few days later i received a message saying that they were working on my order but to please not send inquiries for order status updates if your order is less than 14 days old, that i was going to receive an update when the items were going to be shipped. Fast forward 1.5 months, i havent received any updates, tried to contact support via email five times and no one ever got back to me.
