I ordered a t-shirt from Derrick Jaxn on his website www.shopderrickjaxn.com. I ordered my shirt on 3/23/16 through PayPal and my transaction showed as complete for $30.55. Today is 4/17/16 and still no shirt. I messaged him numerous times through PayPal and social media. He ignored all my messages and erased my complaint off his Instagram and blocked me. Other women had complained and he erased their comments from his social media as well. I am currently going through a dispute with PayPal and hoping I can get a full refund. PayPal has emailed him as well and is not responding to them either. His business needs to be reported. This man is a fraud and is selling Christian/Women Empowerment related t-shirts that you pay for and he never sends the merchandise! This is the worst customer service and experience I have ever had. His site needs to be shut down.
