I ordered a $106 jersey for Christmas for my Grandson. My bank showed payment the same day as the order date. I never received a confirmation email and I have sent an email several times to sportsgear@foxmailcom with only one response "Your order will ship on 12/18/22" and yet when I check my order on their website it still says "processing". I do NOT believe this is a reputable site and I'm demanding a total refund if I don't receive this jersey by Christmas.

I ordered a college jersey from this website, but never received a confirmation email or receipt. My bank account was charged for the cost of the jersey, but the charge was labeled from Hong Kong. The website had an official looking NCAA logo. It even had some jerseys that were "sold out" of certain sizes. When I went to the contact us page after I did not get a receipt, there was only an email address. [email protected]

I have emailed them twice so far with no response.
