Letter says to call 854-481-8147 and ask for Mr. John Carperter & "tell him how you want to be paid". Recipient is to pay for taxes, handling and processing fees. The check enclosed for $9,498.42 is to help cover the charges. There are typographical errors in letter. They said to keep the letter and winnings confidential. They said the check was from one of their sponsors (Shoomadoggie Enterprises Inc.) which is out of Poulsbo, Washington 98370. The letter says they won $600,000. (there was a typographical error here also)
