This appears to be from China. The shoevery.com site has many popular shoes at deeply discounted prices. They allow a user to create an account to place an online order. I chose to use paypal to pay for the purchase that initially seemed legit. I received a confirmation email from "Footwear Mall" that an account had been created. I then received an order confirmation email that the order would be processed. The money was cleared same day (October 18th 2016) through paypal. As of today the order status is still the same at "processing". I tried to contact them through the contact function on the website with no response. I then emailed the contact name in the confirmation email with no response. I have an open dispute with paypal (opened on Oct. 25, 2016) which has not yet received a response from the seller. There are numerous reports of this website with others reporting same issue. This site needs to be shut down; it is not legitimate and they are stealing from unsuspecting consumers.
