Professional appearing page from online search, showing Rothys Shoes at reduced price--but not discounted enough to raise concerns PLUS was a PayPal vendor. That usually gave me a sense of authenticity. Shipping costs seemed high but still less expensive than regular Rothys price. Two minutes after submitted order, felt uneasy about purchase, attempted to cancel via PayPal but they declined. Further alarmed by email confirmation from company looking quite strange, but waited for delivery. Shoes arrived--significantly incorrect product: ordered size 8 "Dot" and received size 6 "Black." No response to request to exchange. Contacted PayPal MULTIPLE times. Company finally sent me a return address entirely in CHINESE. More back/forth with PP and they finally obtained address in English and offered to pay for return shipment ($28). Mailed to China, submitted paperwork to PP. Waited for a designated period of time for vendor to verify receipt as PP required. No response. PayPal graciously returned entire original amount.
