Purchased 2 pairs of yoga pants from the online website. They took over 30 days to send it even though we are located in the same state (NJ) as per the sender address on the package. Received a navy yoga pants (says Medium, but clearly is a Small) with further craftsmanship issues where 1 of the 4 pockets advertised is missing. Furthermore, the pockets were sewn on as if it was just a piece of thin fabric roughly and inaccurately cut out and looked as if it was inside out. Clearly in comparison to the burgundy pair of pants (says Medium and fits Medium) had all 4 pockets as advertised with much better quality sewing and fabric material. Contacted them via email (the only way to get in touch with them as they don't provide a physical address nor phone number), each time it took a full day for them to respond. Each time brushing me off and not acknowledging my request for a prepaid shipping label to send back the navy pants for a full refund. They offer a $5 GIFT CARD for future purchase. I ended up putting a stop payment through my credit card company. They expect me to pay the full price for a poorly made and unfinished and wrong sized pair of pants. Unresolved. Continuous back and forth through email. Requested supervisor phone number contact.
