A purchase was made but the product was never delivered. Tracking information and refund was requested, but ignored. Automated emails were sent in response to the refund request but this company refused to issue a refund or tracking information. The contact number does not work and it takes days for response. Have been waiting 40+ days for my refund with no information on the product or status of my refund. Unable to reach a live representative. Have been dealing with the bank to try to get my money back since the product was never sent.
