Order placed for shoe box storage. Order#5005. No response and website disappeared.

I have tried to track this order with the number provided and I get a messsge saying that no such number can be found. I sent an email to them and they assured the order was processed and that they would make contact with the source to update the information. I do have the email that they replied to that one time. They advertise this product on TikTok as well. I sent them two emails today and I have not received a response from them. I requested a refund and still no response. I have several screenshots and they do not have a telephone nor address listed. I see whereas several people have complained about them and their supposedly product.
