They offer a shoe organizer. Used the SHOP service to process payment. Just went to leave a negative review on the SHOP APP, to see every review said "did not receive".

I placed an order from this company shoeboxesco.com on 12/24/2022, i have been sending email after email to gain information on the status of the order. There has been no response from the company. When I reached out to the company that I used to pay for the item they advised me that I needed to contact the merchant. The information that was provided to me was a phone number that was Canadian of 1-647-845-2396 which the company shipping label was created in IL, the email that they gave me lead me to some other web site that there was no affiliation with the company that I originally ordered from. I'm just wanting a refund of the monies that was paid for the order. People work to hard and times are to difficult these days for people to be scammed like this.

tiktok was advertising shoe organizer boxes i ordered me a christmas gift i ordered on 11/26 and after no updates or responses i received an order yesterday in the mail with a completely different cheap item please see pictures . they do not have a number to call or have responded
