I placed an order on the Shock Doctor website on Friday April 22nd. I was supposed to receive an e mail when the package shipped and was promised 2 day shipping. I received a confirmation e mail that my order was placed but never heard from them after that. They charged my credit card right away and never sent the product. I emailed them twice and called them twice and did not get a response. Yesterday I looked at their Facebook page. I saw on their Facebook page tons of other posts that people had written that had the exact same experience as I did. They keep accepting orders and never sending them out.
