I purchased a prom dress from this company and 1) they charged my credit card immediately, rather than waiting until the product was shipped. 2) they shipped several weeks after the promised ship date 3) it was impossible to get hold of anyone. I repeatedly called and emailed and they never answered the phone and never responded to my messages or emails. 4) the product arrived and was an absolute joke. It would be funny if it weren't so expensive. The dress looks nothing like the product ordered and it is horrific quality. 5) nothing that they say on their website is actually true. 6) If you look carefully at their return policy, there is no indication of where to send the product. Although they use an address in Reno, NV, the product actually arrived from China. 7) I shipped it back with the return request to the address in Reno, NV and got a call from the person who is at the address you see on the website. This is not their address. The shop at this address has nothing to do with this company. 8) There is nothing I can do at this point as I cannot get in touch with anyone and they charged my credit card and its been paid.

What does one do? Their website features the fact that they are ScamPulse.com accredited. Can it be?
