SHIPW LLC (www.shipw.com), advertises as a freight forwarding company that provide customers the opportunity to receive packages at a virtual address at their warehouse in Bear, Delaware then forward the package to customer's delivery address anywhere in the world. I signed up with the company and after a package was sent to my virtual address with them, they're holding on to the package refusing to forward it to my delivery address. I was given information by the single individual who works in their customer service that later turned out to be just lies. I was told by this same individual who is the customer service that the local Police department was running an investigation at the warehouse on the packages they received but when I reached out to the local Police department in Delaware I found out there was no such investigation whatsoever. The only way to contact these guys is by chat on their website. Phone numbers listed on the website always go straight to the voicemail. My request for the package be sent back to the shipper has been denied and payment which I made by bitcoins to have my package forwarded won't be refunded either after multiple requests for refund. This company is FRAUD and only there to steal packages that are sent to it customers.
