I received an email about a job offer. It was a shipping job I could do at home. The premise was I would double check items before sending them. I was contacted by a CHRISTEL LANG and later by a LINDA ROSS. We emailed back and forth. She wrote saying she needed information such as proof of address and driver's license picture. I sent both items, proof on my address and a copy of my driver's license. At first I received a package and sent it. Then nothing showed up. I tried emailing and calling but no one picked up. Later on, I realized that this was a scam and looked it up on BBB. Then I decided to report it.

on 7-1-2020 i signed a contract stating i would be paid $1500 monthly to receive packages and inspect for quality and take pictures, i was supposed to be paid 7-31-2020 and never received a pay check.

This person/company has emailed me three times now asking me to come work for them. They tell me the pay is good, there’s insurance, and then all I have to do is except packages that are mailed to me and drop them off to other people or PO Box is where they’re shipped to different countries and people that also have PO boxes. They asked me for my Social Security number email phone number, where I am currently employed, banking routing number and account number. I did go along with it when I was unemployed about a year ago. The Check they sent me was a fake check, fake routing number. My personal checking account was frozen and I had to set up a whole entire new account.
