I recieved a package delivered by UPS with my correct name and address, however I'm not expecting a delivery from anyone. In my UPS notification email the shipper or company listed is ETARGET LIMITED. Under my name on the label is a phone number, 17632259463 that is not my number. The box weighs 12lbs.

I emailed UPS fraud department with the tracking number and they tell me it's a valid tracking number. I explained that I was not waiting for a delivery and I was told to contact the shipper. I'm not calling anyone at that address because of all the complaints here and on the BBB website as it's been reported to be a phishing scam to get you to call and give information.

Can someone please tell me how and what to do with this box.

Contents of the box are two sheets of red & white stickers marked "fragile handle with care" and two plastic wrapped items that seem to be blank white shipping labels, and thats whats on the box as well. I've included the pictures of these things and the shipping label. Thank you.

Received a random package

I got home from work and I got a random package that has my name and my address on it but it doesn’t say who it’s from and whenever I look up the tracking number it says there’s not one I open it and it’s a bunch of vent clips I’m not complaining but I just like to know who paid for them because I didn’t, don’t get me wrong they’re super cute and I might keep them but it’s still weird and very questionable so if anybody has more information please let somebody know because its really sketch I don’t give my address out to just anybody, thank you

I have not tried to call anyone about these things, but I haven't ordered any of them. Don't know how to return them, since there's no return address. Their loss not mine. But I wish they would quit sending things!

I just received an extremely ugly pillow that unzips into a toddler size cover of some sort with deer and trees on it. It is navy blue and the deer and tress are white. Also received a very cheap and very thin shopping bag with light tan on one side and clear on the other. I never ordered these. I would have no use for them, they are hideous. Now to see if I have been charged for them. I am furious about this. No shipping order no way to return.

Don't buy any of those dogs that are advertised on your phone that are supposed to be electronic and walk and run, opens mouth and tongue licks and it follows a person around like its a real dog. IT IS NOT WHAT YOU THINK IT IS, IT'S ONLY A SMALL, STUFFED DOG. It is NOT electronic and it doesn't have any batteries either. Don't fall for that fraud..which it is a FRAUD! If you pay through PayPal, you may get your money back but don't count on it! It doesn't look like what I ordered and the colors are faded which should be dark black and white. I placed an order with kindliley.com in early August. After paying for it, I waited over a month to receive it. I finally was able to send them an email asking where my order was. They responded with no apology, but, I did finally receive the order. The coat I ordered and received was not like it was pictured on their website. On the site it looked like a winter coat. Instead it was a light weight jacket. I have tried five different times to email them for a Return Request, RA. I have yet to hear from them. I looked them up and found that they are thought to be a fake company, one that was begun during the pandemic. It seems that more people than ever are resorting to on-line ordering. I've been ordering on-line before it became popular. However, I've NEVER run into the problem I'm now having with this company. From a review of the company I learned that they may be a fake company. I also learned that with the COVID, fake companies are popping up all over the Internet. Needless to say, I'm having to keep the jacket which, if I decide I don't want it will end up at Goodwill. I am also now very leery about ordering from a company I have never heard of, at least before I do some research. I will NOT be scammed again! Stay away from kindliley.com!
