My wife thought she was rehoming a puppy through a Facebook page called "Yorkshire Puppies for Rehoming." The person we were talking to asked for a $250 rehoming fee which we paid. Because we couldn't travel to pick up the puppy, she offered to have it delivered for $650. She supposedly sent it through a company called Ship Alliance LTD (315)760-6598. They then contacted us and said they required a $1,500 pet insurance policy, and we would be reimbursed once the puppy was delivered. Then once the puppy was supposedly in our city, the shipping company contacted us and said they needed another $3000 for a city permit. The shipping company's (Ship Alliance LTD) phone number is tied to another company (NGO Ultra Logistics) which has a complaint against it exactly like this one. I believe they are both fake websites and fake companies set up by scammers.
