I also ordered the crystal with Bluetooth on april 23 2020 when i check the link i was sent it keeps saying arrived at partner warehouse awaiting last mile Delivery since the first week of june paid for the fastest delivery which was said to be 5 to 15 days its now been two months and still haven't gotten item or any updates contacted paypal which is the receipt i got sent to my email with the transaction number paypal has been giving me the run around as well was told via email on may 31 to give shinngirl aka beloved gifts 10 days to respond to my dispute waited well past the 10 days contacted paypal june 24 2020 to be told to give it another 10 day for them to reach out to company then was sent a email telling me investigation into my dispute would begin i explained to them and forwarded them the email saying the exact same thing 25 days prior was supposed to be a gift for my wife really frustrated they advertised and charged for faster shipping and two months later nothing

I ordered a custom made crystal with a Bluetooth for my daughter the first week in May. The site says delivery 7-15 Business Days. It is now June 24th and I have still not received anything. I have sent emails after emails to only be told that it’s in customs be patient. I have asked for a refund over and over again and this request has been denied repeatedly. I have reached out to belovedgifts to complain about shingirl and apparently they are in on the scam because I was told the same exact thing.

Sad part is i also ordered the crystal with Bluetooth in april and i still haven't gotten the item or a response i contacted paypal because thats what the digital receipt says they told me on may 31 2020 that they had 10 days to respond just spoke with paypal yesterday june 24 2020 and was told to wait another 10 days im am beyond pissed off

I purchase an order and still haven’t received any it has been a couple of months . Can some tad use what to do can we dispute ?

Buyer beware! I placed an order for 4 swimsuits on 3/8/20 before reading these reviews?????

My card was charged immediately. Then after a few days, I received an email telling me that none of the suits I had ordered were in stock, and it would be another 7-10 days for them to be restocked. Then another saying that one would not be available at all, did I want another one as a substitute?

I sent them my second choice, but was told it was not available either? So I sent them another...and was told the same thing? (Even though site does not show any suits are unavailable...even the ones I ordered originally).

By then I told them to just cancel my order entirely and refund my money ASAP since no suits had been sent. Then they sent me an email saying one had been shipped. But when I tried tracking it...it said number was not in the system? And after repeated emails...it still isn’t?????.

At this point, I had no other choice but to contact my bank & credit card to file a complaint and dispute charges in order for them to open an investigation. And I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

This is just bad business. ??
