Initially we contacted this person for a puppy. We saw the website thinking it was a legitimate business. When we initially tried to pay for the puppy they asked us to transfer the money to a different email as it did not work through the owners ($850). We then paid for the puppy and later on the travel agency was asking for money for a crate appropriate for the puppy to travel in (electric thermal crate), in order to ship it. They then asked for us to pay the owner again ($1500) for the crate which would be refundable as long as we do not take the crate. The next morning they asked for us to pay for puppy insurance to avoid any problems if there was a mix up with the flights and all. They asked us once again to pay ($2000) refundable, through the owner and promised to send the puppy and that would be the last payment and everything would be set. After emails they told us the papers are all processed and that the puppy was on the flight to our airport location. They had told us it would take 3,5 hr for the flight and that flight # and all invoices and receipts would be sent to us in order to get the refund back in full. We waited and waited and nothing was sent to us. They would not answer our calls and then they emailed us again asking for $700 in order for the puppy to be safe in our hands. We never heard from them again. Though the whole process we asked them to send us proof that the puppy was safe but they never did either. I just hope this gets solved and no one has to go through this as we did
