I purchased a weight loss plan that claimed to be personalized for me. The app that was supposed to adjust to my needs is set with no adjustment and not easy to use. I did sign up for a year because it told that it was for all fitness levels. But I am not able to do workout number 2. I asked for my money back and they say I read and agreed to no refund (although the video and ad says lose the weight or your money back all over it). After complaining on the FB sight they kicked me off. So they are not allowing full disclosure of their issues. Had I researched this ScamPulse.com site I would see everyone has the same issues. I want a refund.
