What a nightmare! Like all the other hundreds of customers who have filed BBB complaints against Shhhowercap, I ordered my shower caps months ago (in early May) - it is now the end of August and Jackie (the CEO of Shhhowercap) is no closer to sending me my shower caps or refunds. She actually called me personally at almost 9pm on a paranoid rant about the Facebook group that’s formed in response to her inability to fulfill orders and refusal to process refunds. She has blamed a host of reasons for why a “small number of orders” have been affected but when I probed about the specifics of her website “migration issue” she became irate and accused me of being “out to get her” and called me “so mean.” I (along with many others) have reported her to the BBB and NY Attorney General fraud department and I’m hoping for a resolution. She shouldn’t be in business, continuing to solicit new orders through daily email campaigns, when she’s clearly been completely unable to fulfill any orders in at least a year or more. She’s turned off all Facebook comments and reviews as well as on Instagram because she is counting on people who aren’t aware continuing to place orders. If you steal someone’s purse on the street you go to jail- if you defraud hundreds or thousands or people online there should also be real consequences. Feel free to join our Facebook group (easy to find searching the name Shhhowercap) for more info and resources. In the meantime request the refund from PayPal or your credit card company…you won’t get anywhere with Jackie.

Website selling shower caps, ordered on december 15 2022 and gave expected delivery date of dec 28-jan 3. Emailed the company asking for delivery update when item was not received by mid january, they said 3-5 business days. then nothing. emailed again every couple of weeks since then, still same story (exact same reply message), or no reply at all, and no progress or shipping updates, found other reviews online that are 100% the same experience, fully paid for items that after many many months have still not arrived. company says they cannot refund "in progress" orders so my only option is to wait. very obviously a scam at this point.

Should have googled this company first. They charge you when the order is placed and product never arrives. First few attempts to contact customer service assure you your order will ship in 3-5 days. Then, radio silence. I finally filed a claim with my credit card company. Others are reporting waiting months or even a year for a product that never arrived.

Never sent the item, months after the order customer service would say they’re working on the order as priority but never had tracking info. After a month and a half of saying they were fulfilling orders, I requested to cancel, get a refund and a confirmation of the refund. They said they processed the refund but it didn’t show on the card. I followed up and they just stopped responding.

I ordered from this business four months ago. They have not delivered my products and have not responded to any of my messages, web form submissions, or social media messages. The only time they reached out was after I disputed the charge with my bank. As soon as I dropped the disputed charge (assuming good intent), they stopped responding to messages and never fulfilled my order.

They allow customers to place orders, and then never deliver the item. It's been over 2 months and they still say its "Shipping delays".
