who are these people

they keep taking money out of my account. have no idea who they are. when you call its a janky automated jerky voice telling you to push 9 then 1 then #. I am not doing that so they can track my phone . I sure wish I knew who "they" were. because i would sure let them know who i am.

I was attempting to set up a TV in my office so that I could use my phone to convey the image and video on the TV so that we can set up video conferencing. The only option that popped up was a lead to access through this company. I did provide my credit card to them thinking that this is the only way to set up this feature only to learn that they actually want me to pay something monthly or contact them. I immediately checked my account and they immediately charged a dollar to it. This is when I realized that I was being scammed. I attempted to stop the $1 charge by contacting my credit card company. I don't want them to keep trying to charge me and i sent an email to them to tell them to stop.
