I ordered a paddle board and an inflatable kayak. I never received the items. Instead, I received an envelope with 2 disposable face masks from Kyrgyzstan. The number on the website doesn’t work and the company’s website is in Chinese.

Exact same complaint about Sherwind Club and never received product. Also received by mail two disposable masks. Any suggestions how I can get my money back? Hopefully credit card will help refund.

I ordered 2 stand up paddle boards with paddles. I never received them. I did get a small envelope with 2 blue disposable face masks. But had no idea where they came from or why until I saw a complaint on this site saying they got some too. I was sent two emails confirming my order and the tracking number cannot be found.

Ordered a 3pc SUP paddleboard. 1.5 months later I received 2 blue paper face masks. The disposable kind ? I laughed hard. So did my CC company but I got my $$ back by filing a complaint.

Sent for paddle board they took my money has no confirmation email though. There is no email address to contact them or phone number. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement,these companies should be banned from advertising anywhere!

I ordered the 3piece SUP and got 2 emails that showed my purchase but that was it and has never responded to any emails I sent and now trying now to contact the shipping company which is in China and no luck with anything. I want a refund and of course no communication

Clicked on a sponsored ad on Facebook to purchase a 3 piece paddle board. I filled out all the information, gave my CC info, pressed complete....and never heard from them again. The purchase immediately showed up on my CC. The phone number goes to a

"disconnected" message and the address for the credit card transaction was at a residential home in Marysville WA
