I ordered a fall themed sweatshirt from this company. When it arrived it was not as described. Instead of a sweatshirt I received a plastic-y see-through tshirt. The day that my item arrived I contacted customer support to figure out where to send the item for return. They asked that I send pictures of the item and tracking number and order number, etc... Once I send these pictures customer service stops responding to my email. The return address is not listed anywhere on the website. I have contacted them on two separate occasions and each time the responding stops as soon as I try and initiate a return. I have a feeling that they are just stringing me along until the 30-day return window closes and then I will not be allowed to make a return.

I ordered four shirts from this company (Sherry jeans), and seen that they took money out my account through (Starlink www Hong Kong). They even stole more money that the original order cost, and changed me an international fee. They probably are laughing at us Americans. I had to change my debit card information. which left me without access to money over the entire weekend. They rip me off and I feel violented, and stupid for ordering from a unknown company, that advertised beautiful garments, that did not exist. I work hard for my little bit of money, and its not often I can treat myself to something I like, and then this.

I ordered a shirt from sherry jeans in Hong Kong. I seen on my bank statement a company named starlink took the money out. Never got the product or a refund. They stole my money. I had to change my debit card out I see they are going by multiple names in Facebook. I email them n here’s what they send back
