I have received 4 calls from "The Shepherd Group" saying they received an arbitration package attached to my name and SSN#. All four phone calls were one week apart and all have gotten my first name wrong. The first 2 calls were made by someone calling themselves Hank Schmidt and the second 2 calls were made by someone calling themselves Jeremy Ross. These calls have gotten increasingly threatening starting at this will go to court and the last one threatening to garnish my wages. Both men gave me different numbers to call if I had any questions or concerns, neither number being the one they called me from. I have not answered any of these call or called any of them back so I can't say exactly what I am supposedly "in arbitration" for. I did however google "The Shepherd Group" and it came back as an insurance company, a marketing company, home builders, commercial real estate, a church, and a law company that only deals with landlord/ eviction type stuff.
