I have not gotten the item I ordered that I ordered from this Chinese scam company. I received a little, broken music box from China, but it’s not even close to what I ordered. The item number for what I ordered is ZYO76840. I paid for a blue, portable folding rocking chair. I have attached a photo of the little music box that was delivered to me by mistake. I ordered a blue, portable folding rocking chair for $26.99 (over $34 with tax and shipping costs); not a tiny little music box that’s worth maybe $5. The music box doesn’t even work, which makes it completely worthless, but of course even if it did work, I still don’t want it, because it’s not what I bought and paid for. I am nine months pregnant and I need a portable folding rocking chair before my new baby is born in July. I tried contacting the company I purchased this item from, to ask how I can exchange the music box for the rocking chair that I bought and paid for back in April, but my email was not delivered. The email from their website doesn’t exist, so I have to assume this is scam company, they do not have portable rocking chairs, and they stole my money. I went to their website to see if there was a different way to contact them, but that email address is the only contact info that’s listed on their website, and it doesn’t work. I was able to get a different email address for the company after I filed a dispute through PayPal. PayPal didn’t help me get my money back, unfortunately, because they told me I had to return the broken music box back to the Chinese company in order to get my refund. It would have cost me more than what I originally paid to ship that item that was sent to me by mistake back to China (over $40 for international shipping), and I refuse to do that. I never got my refund from this scam company, and I never got the item I bought and paid for, either. I am very upset and want to report this scam company, so others can learn from my mistake. Never purchase anything from China! I know I never will again. I had to learn that lesson the hard way and I am not happy about it.
