I made purchase on Shein. i authorized it once and then the exact same amount of 1268 has been deducted from my account. Please can be this be reversed.

I made a purchase at Shien for R2218. 00 on the 3rd of April 2022 of which as usual money was deducted immediately but on the 19th of April money was deducted from my account again, the same amount. Why!

I have made a purchase on the 29 march and was charged immediately but on the 21st of April it was deducted again. My bank fnb also cannot locate the first payments. The first payment was Zoetop busines, the duplicate payment was Purch Zoetop Busines. I also need a refund for the duplicate amount, extremely disappointed with Shein.

Shein deducted R627 from my account in March with my Fnb account then again 3 weeks later another R627 got paid and when I go back to prove the initial payment it has disappeared

Zoetop...You guys have double charged me and the 1st
transactions have disappeared...This is not right and I request you guys to do the right thing and refund everyone. 12 transactions and alot of money and you guys put me into a debit balance with my bank.

I want to know...how did FNB authorize that payment as I used a virtual card...where the cvv number changes every hour...

So what security is this...basically using a virtual card doesn't even safeguard you. This is a scam that needs to be exposed...

I have 11 purchases from shein that were charged from 29 march till 9 april, charged immediately by shein/zoetop, funds left my acc immediately and then on 19 april all 11 deducted again. My bank fnb cannot locate the first payments though which is super scary, the moment payments changed from sheincom to zoetop is where all the issues started

I also purchased items for R1200 and they deducted the same amount on the 20th April 2022.shein is failing us bcz our private banking details are exposed to scammers.i swear I will never purchase from it again because they are not professional ???

I placed an order on the 3rd of April 2022 for R625 from Shein , payment was made using my FNB debit card , email recieved mentioned "R625.00 reserved for purchase @ Zoetop Busines" , yesterday (20th April 2022 I) i recieved an email stating "R625.00 paid from a/c... @ Eft . Ref.Purch Zoetop Busines". I called FNB fraud division , they confirmed that it was not a double payment , they say that transaction was made on the 3rd April 2022 , but the payment from my bank to Shein only went through yesterday (20th April 2022)

Got another debit on my account of R730. I made a purchase in March and the money went off from my account that same day and I received my goods last week. Can someone please explian what is happening and when I expect the reversal? This is not on. How does this happen from such a big company? Please respond. Thanks so much for your speedy response

I made a purchace of R512...i paid money was taken out of my account.i paid shipping and import duty...today the 20th of April another R512 was deducted of my account.this is unethical business..I want an immediate refund or i will expose Shein for what they are doing!

I made many purchases on shein and successfully paid duties until zoetop accessed my card details and debited close to R1000 from my account unauthorized. This is disappointing from shein and I will not purchase again from shein

I urgently need you guys to tell me what the hell is going on here. I made a Shein purchase 31 March - paid and confirmation of payment received. Today on 20 August the exact same amount gets deducted from my account AGAIN from ZOETOP BUSINESS. I want my money back otherwise I will be taking this further!

I paid for my order on the 31st March and received a double charge for the same amount today, 20 Days later. REFUND ASAP. This is my 8th time ordering from SHEIN, very disappointed!
