On August 11, 2022 I purchased 2 fluffy slides from an Instagram account called Sheegoo. I’ve been looking at her Page for a week and she finally had another sale on her slides. Normally priced at $80-$90 they were on sale for $10-$20 so I said why not support my own people and buy from her instead of China. I made sure to check what the product production and delivery time was after I purchased. She does have two different pages on Instagram but her main page has the most followers. Initially the the delivery time was suppose to be up to 6 weeks that included processing and shipping so I would get them by mid September at the latest. So that date was beginning to come up and I seen that my order didn’t even day fulfilled yet. So I started researching online and I checked the shipping times again they changed to up to 45 days. That’s when I emailed them. No response I wrote them numerous of messages on Instagram. No response I found her business page on Facebook no response right away. And on YouTube I see. Videos saying she hand makes them so I tried to give her the benefit of doubt. But then I seen comments on her YouTube about other people not receiving their order even on TikTok is the only place you can really comment on her photos people were saying they never received their items. I talked to a friend about it and she told me to check the tag section on her Instagram that’s all you need to know. Sure enough she has 0 tags of people wearing her merchandise. That doesn’t always mean she’s scamming because people don’t help promote her things. So I started to notice she keeps posting the same picture of her shipping out items and of her wearing new sets of shoes and selling more products like jumpsuits. So im thinking where is my order again I tried to contact someone they finally answered after I made a review on Facebook asking what is my shipping number which I wouldn’t have one seeing that they never shipped out my product I called my bank and told them about the situation and was able to get my money back pending investigation. I just feel bad for the other ladies who paid via cash app PayPal ect who can’t get refunds on a product they never received.
