I opened and account with Shed Weight loss program on 7/16/2025 and was to receive product for the weight loss and never have and it is almost a month later. I am out $199.00 and I tried contacting them but are getting the run around. I just want my $199.00 refunded and any account information canceled.

I was shopping for a wood shed. I found this site and found a shed that was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than anything else I had seen. It was too good to be true, but I placed my order and when I entered my credit card information, it said my card was declined. I attempted to contact the company through their chat option, email, and by phone. None of my attempts were successful. I learned that the phone number belonged to a book distribution center in Utah, and that my payment went to chicmash.com. I immediately called my bank and had my credit card cancelled. This is definitely a fraudulent site
