I ordered from this website back in December. They never processed my order for about 10 days. When I reached out to support she said sorry we are a new company we can offer you a 10% refund. You should always be offered a full refund. I threatened To report the company then next day my order was being processed. It has been a month no movement and when you go to their online store you can’t even search products anymore
