I was targeted by this company on Instagram and purchased a few dresses. When I received them almost two months later, they looked absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Prior to ordering I checked their website and return policy which states that they do offer free returns and will refund. When I reached out to the customer service team and told them what happened, they refused to let me ship the items back, told me to donate them if they didn’t fit, won’t admit that they sent me the “wrong” products, and will not refund my money.

I ordered a pink mesh dress from this company and received a grey tie die dress and black/white tankini instead (see attached photos). I contacted Shecion's customer service department to request a full refund and for help returning the incorrect items to them. Instead of giving me a refund, they offered me a 15% discount on my next purchase. When I explained that was not acceptable and I would only accept a full refund, they replied with this actual word-for-word email "how about 65%" - no punctuation, no greeting, and an inappropriate reply to a situation that merits a full refund. Again, I replied saying that it was unacceptable for them to offer me anything less than my full refund. They replied offering me 2 options - 1) 70% refund or 2) I could pay to ship the items back to China myself and then they would give me a full refund. They noted the cost of shipping the items back outweighed my refund.

Their email replies were completely unprofessionally and inappropriate for the situation, indicating to me that it's a scam. I also can't find any place on their website to leave a review and found a few other websites noting this company as a scam (I wish I would have known that before purchasing). Please avoid purchasing from this company and save your money.
