I received an email "confirming" the purchase of 1 year of Microsoft Defender. I did not purchase this. The email address looks fishy and there is a note saying that email replies are not monitored and that a call should be made if there are any issues. There is a link to a phone number 1 855 345 10119. I assume that would reach a person who would want my credit card information. I have not called that number and will not. I will monitor our credit card statements.
