I am an Designer/builder now in Texas for the next 4 yrs as a private contractor .
Description: Its an open and amazing 3 bedroom completely outfitted house with some utilities included in rent which are electricity and cable.
The kitchen is well prepared. Utilities and Equipment: Kitchen well prepared(microwave broiler, Dish washer, blender, Cocktail blender, Sandwich maker, stove e.t.c),
Rental fees : $680 per month including electricity and cable
Security deposit : $680 (refundable )
One time pet deposit : $250 ( not necessary if no pet)
Kindly NOTE : I would welcome it on the off chance that you regard the terms of the rental ,i will not be their to show you around that is why i need you to drive by to the building today to view the exterior of the place so you can get a better view of the building and likewise talk with the neighbors about the place then hit me up so I can forward you the full inside pictures ,and you can have a thought how excellent and roomy within looks. If interested then we can proceed to the application . Also you can either go for short term / long term . You can also get the place unfurnished / furnished if you want .
