Chinese company posing as homemade american brand, and advertising on instagram. When you reach out to the company, all emails are from chinese name and the tracking number they gave shows the likely poor quality product is supposedly coming from china, not some sort of etsy-like store like their website advertises. Tried cancelling my order (under their order cancellation guidelines) after they did not reply to my initial emails and they ignored my emails and processed the transaction. I immediately cancelled my credit card and got a new one so that i wouldn't risk the number being stolen. I have still been charged and duped. I still do not have the products I paid for. I see other brands on instagram with the description as this one advertised, under names like "kelly craft". All chinese brands posing as stay at home moms doing arts and crafts when they are probably using bad labor practices.
