Caller said he could verify the information came from my computer by a unique number -00C00C04FD7D062- which is not a unique number. To prove his point my number is unique, he guided me to the dos prompt in windows and asked me to type "assoc". Three lines from the bottom was my number. I told them this number wasn't unique and the person couldn't answer my challenges and got another male with Asian accent, but with better English.
I prolonged the call as long as I could, figured the more time they are with me, the less time they are defrauding someone else. However, when they started asking me to enter commands in dos I didn't recognize, I ended the call.
