Advertised as Non-invasive 5-second real time metabolic tracker. Received cheap pulse ox that looks nothing like original on website and does not perform as advertised. Immediately requested a refund and was offered 10% of purchase price. Each day I continue to demand full refund, I get an incremental increase of 5%. I am now at 65% offered. Such a disappointment and my credit company tells me there is a 120 turn around on fraudulent claims for resolution.

The company Sharphyy gave the appearance of being from Macy’s however they are not the good were substandard. It was a pair of shoes that was supposed to help with my posture, and it turned out to be plastic with bad stitching and they will not allow me to return it.

The product was sold as quilted bedding. However the product was only an image, no quilting of the material. Sharphyy claims a 100% refund guarantee if customer is not completely satisfied. When I contacted them for a refund, they refused to issue it and stopped communications. I put the charges in dispute with my credit card company and they are investigating the dispute.
