I saw an ad from what I thought was Bath and Body works, (on facebook), from which I regularly order. The advertisement was for drastically lowered prices on items that I often buy. Most likely for clearance. I placed the order on December 5th, which also made me feel that it could be because of Christmas coming up, that they decided to do that. I place the order using my credit card. I waited and waited without ever receiveing any product which was unusual for this company. When I looked at my credit card account online I saw that there was a purchase made to a company called SHARLORY, which I didn't recognize. After my research I discovered that it was that company that my $40.89 which is what my amount to Bath and Body works was for, that received my money. I called the phone number which I found for the company, with no luck in getting an answer, just a voicemail that said for me to leave a message. I left the message for someone to call me at the number I left, and noone ever did. Then I emailed and only twice received a response for me to leave my order number etc. which I did and never received any response to their request. After more research on comments left by others that dealt with this company all their are are negatives stating that they also have been scammed and their money has been stolen. I am SHOCKED that facebook continues to allow this company to put their advertisement on their website, since many people, including myself has left messages about their fraudulent business. Not only did I message facebook,, I also sent a message to the Secretary of State in Colorado to let them know about this companys activity,, since on their website, they listed the company as to being in "good standing",,, I never have received a response from them either.. I am hoping that by sending this message to you that at least the company that is supposed to protect the public will do whatever it takes to stop this company from continue to fraud innocent people. I believe that what I also found out is that this place does business with China. Please take action against them and expose them for the thiefs that they are. Sincerely ***** ******
