Ordered a robot vacuum from this website. Paid through PayPal and was charged to JOYDANCEINT (first red flag). I started reading more into the website and noticing spelling errors and things that didn't make sense. The customer service email provided bounced back as undeliverable. Never received an order confirmation or anything. Item has not shipped. Searched online and found a scam reporting website of several other people who placed orders through this and had the same problem (no contact at the "business", never received product). Basically a robbery. Reported with PayPal and ****.

I purchased a shark vacuum for a great deal for Black Friday from this website this year. I should have known when the website was only allowing me to use PayPal rather than select the other payment options that something was amiss. I never received an order number, tracking number, or confirmation number despite the website making it clear that I would receive that information within 24 hours of purchase. It seems as though a lot of others have had this same issue as well. I am currently disputing the charge with PayPal but other reports I’ve read state that the company shares confirmation of delivery with PayPal even though the item is never actually delivered.
