Type of a scam Online Purchase
After placing the order, weeks later of not receiving anything they simply sent an email on Jan. 16, 2023 that they were out of stock, when the order was made back on Dec. 25th, 2022, 3 weeks later!
I have replied to that email, sent other emails, and they NEVER reply with the status of the order or any hope or possibility of receiving the items items they advertised.
We already requested a Charge-Back on our Credit Card, all they said is that the seller has 45 days to reply. Right after we requested the Charge-Back, magically herenon the Shop app, the items showed as "Shipped". Thas was weeks ago!!! Never a Tracking number was provided, there is no way to actually see of they really shipped something. They are just buying more time to... I don't know, play with my money?
Today is February 14, 2023. No items, no money, no replies, nothing.
In addition, I just went back to the Online Store website, is down now.
They are a SCAM.
