This company contacted me pretending to come from MyVaccineFL.gov. The email pointed out that I was over 65 and was asking for the Covid-19 Vaccine. Then the email requested additional information and for me to fill out a survey about my vaccine status. I then started looking at the real e-mail address hidden under MyVaccineFL.gov and saw it was really coming from [email protected]. I stopped at that point and contacted BBB.

I was also contacted yesterday by phone (from phone number 866-804-9169) stating I was over 65 and had requested the vaccine and to call 800-326-9315 to make my appointment by entering 204035995. When I called and entered 204035995, it returned a message that “your response is no longer required”. It became clear at that point, that I was a victim of a scam, which is why I was more careful when I received the above email.
