I ordered leggings in shapermint website after seeing them over social media. I realized i never got a confirmation email so i reached out using their live chat and was told me order didn't exist and when i provided period of payment they told me to contact my bank and they wouldnt seems me the product because they had no record of my order. I am out the $40 while the bank investigates

I ordered from this company. Three sets of two bras in each set. I received multiple emails that my order was delayed and then multiple emails that my items were out of stock and then emails that items were being sent. I received a bag of 5 bras, none in a "set", no labels or price tags and no invoice. As I was sent the wrong items, I attempted to contact the company multiple times- bot responses only. Their phone number hangs up on you. No one ever answers. The live chat is a bot. The FB messenger site is a bot. The email is fruitless. I believe I was overcharged as I only received 5 items when I ordered 6 and my credit card was not refunded. They also refuse to give me an invoice. I have a feeling I am going to end up out money. I looked into filing a small claims action but interestingly, this company is not registered to do business in Oregon. At least, not under their website name.
