I recently received 3 pairs of socks from this company. Shipping took a long while, but I was patient and understood, as it was supposedly their Chinese New Year. But once I finally received my items, they weren't exactly as pictured from their website. I emailed them and told them that I wasn't happy and why, and that I wanted to return for a refund (which by all means, I had the right to do according to their return policy). They asked me to send images of the products and asked why I wasn't happy. I told them again why I was dissatisfied and sent images of all 3 pairs as per their request. I even sent side-by-side images of each pair, comparing it to their advertised products, showing them that it's not the same quality. They argued with me that there was nothing wrong with their products and that "everyone loves their socks". They told me that their "leaders" wanted to give me only 10% back of what I paid and I could keep the socks... but I didn't want the socks, I wasn't happy with the quality at all. I went back and forth several times with them via email, asking them over and over that I wanted to return them, but they refused and argued, saying that it would cost me too much to ship them back overseas and their "leaders" would agree to give up to 20% back of my money and I could keep the socks. Their return policy on their website clearly states that I am able to return products, and that they only charge for shipping costs ONCE, so I didn't understand why they kept telling me that I would have to pay for shipping to return them. Their customer service is HORRIBLE and they love to play games. It is extremely frustrating and I have gotten absolutely nowhere with them. I have contacted my bank and disputed the transaction, so I am hoping that my bank takes care of this and I get my money back. I know $65.00 isn't a lot of money, but the fact that they aren't standing by their policy is completely terrible. I have every conversation recorded. These people should not be conducting business.
