This person claimed having Yorkie for sale. And would deliver it by a Agency she hired to transport in Mandan, ND WORLDWIDE LOGISTIC SERVICES 661.412.3632 because her son died in a car accident on the 24 or 25 of Sept. and due to his death could not meet me in Valley City, ND for the pup exchange. She asked for $150.00 to deposit. Which I did through PayPal. then another $100.00 for a last vaccine her Vet required before crossing state lines.Scott Vannel was his name at Lula Morgan Vet Centre so I paid through Pay Pal. All transactions were through them or Cashapp. So then it became a constant exchange of asking for more money. The crate wasn't atmospheric sound for the pup. $300.00 min. charge for a better crate. Then when pup got to Detroit Lakes, MN. they needed another $400.00 for Ins. & City permit at the Port Authority. The pup was to be delivered on Saturday October 3rd at 3pm. No pup arrived the truck was in Menahga and broke down and they needed another $300.00 for repairs. I refused. They were in a city 8 miles away but I could not go meet them because then they would not refund the added funds I gave upon delivery of pup. This broke the contract. They must deliver pup to my door. So the story goes on. The agency never even left Valley City.

So this Carlene's husband gets involved because he says this company he has trusted in over six times and they never did this before. He retrieved the pup and Carlene was to meet me again on the 12 the in Valley City. But she unbeknownst to me hired another agency instead. Global Transport and Courier Services. They were to deliver that day at 3 pm. They sent a Change of Ownership Paper had me print out & sign before they would proceed to deliver. I should have noticed the mistakes if her the breeders name and not ND it was Northern Dakpup. I refused . Then this company wanted $1200.00 for safety of the pup but upon delivery I would get thus money back. I refused so the pup according to the global agency went to Wisconsin. Then they started to claim my pup had to be in quarantine and for each day it went up $100. and they also needed $170. to feed the pup. I refused so now they claimed they would get me for abandonment of a pup because of the pet ownership papers I was hesitant to even sign and return. My gut said this is wrong. They claimed I would be turned in to the authorities and be charged $25k plus days in prison for Abandonment of my pet. This is when I said we are done here and went to the police here in Park Rapids, MN 56470. I saved all Carlene's conversation on Instant Messenger through FB. And I have reported it to FB also but have heard nothing back from them either whether I could get any of the $1300.00 I have list through this ordeal. Can you guys help at all??
