I ordered a pair of glasses from them and received them a few days later. I wore them for five days and they broke, I did not do anything that would have broken them in that time. So I emailed them and they did not want to give me a warranty because "Unfortunately, when you have a product that is made from a natural material like wood, they are always going to be a little more fragile than plastic shades... no different than a wine glass or an iphone screen." Which makes sense but the wood did not break. The arm in the sunglasses came out of the frame due to what I would assume is a glue failure. So I told them that and they asked for a picture of the glasses and after I sent them the picture they have not contacted me again. I have sent two other messages since then and they still refuse to contact me. I am starting to think that they do not want to give me a replacement or warranty.
