The website www.sgroceries.com appears as shopping suggestions by Google. Checking out on the website requires payment information such as full name, billing address, phone number, credit card details and security code. But, submitting checkout results in "error due to payment method". This caused me to try to use another credit card to checkout. I used a VISA, then an AMEX card. Both times, checkout was not completed due to error related to payment method. After two attempts, I realized what was going on and researched the website. The website is suspicious since it is very new. On October 28, 2020, I received a fraud alert from the same AMEX card used on the website. The purchase was for a SEPHORA GIFT CARD of $90. I called AMEX, talked to them fraud team, and they agree that this website probably captured all my personal info and credit card information to use for fraud. I am being given a new AMEX card. I called my VISA card too, they confirmed no new transactions as of October 28, 2020, but I requested a new card nonetheless. I AM ALMOST CERTAIN www.sgroceries.com is a scam website capturing user payment method and user info. I reported the site to Google since the site is recommended in their shopping network. The phone number on the website is always busy. The business address leads to a location that does not make sense and they never respond to emails.
