Purchased this on 25NOV for $25.99and just received it. TOTALLY SHOCKED at what I received. Look at what THEY say it is, and look at what I received! If it wasn’t so pathetic, it would be funny. This thing is not even worth the POSTAGE to mail it!

On 6/21/2021, Googled an item as gift for my mom and her friends. Typed: real looklike dog toy, pearlgobuy pop up showing electronic real life puppy dog toys. (Now, if you try to open pearlgobuy.com, it give you a note "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable.", but they open it up buy other name: gogoodshop.com.) Read the story about them: 30 years of pet making, production time 5 to 15 days,please be patient, made from artificial fur, hand sculped polymer clay nose, claws, paws, glass eyes, body connected by plastic skeleton, filled with polyester and steel granules, completely handmade, etc. Saw their videos and happy customers reviews. But when I told my mom what I ordered she asked me how it's works? Does it use batteries? How many batteries? Does comes with batteries? when I told my mom that it's probably charge like cell phone, she told me that it's make noise like the cell does overnite, cancel it. Tried to cancel but thru Email but they answered that it was already shipped on the 2nd day of ordered, when it supposed to be on the making due to is handmade. I complaint via Email that I cancelled as advised in 2 day of ordering it. The answer that they have back up sothey ship the order the next day from Hong Kong! when to the Bank for help but I got notified they can't help me. I received the items on 7/5/21, a bag of 3 plastic fur ugly figure dogs that could cost in a dollar store a $1 each, but I paid for 3 $19.99 each, a total of $61.96, that I want 100% refunded back to me with my return. Not metter if returned items got to them on time or not. Neither I'm paying for return shipping.

What the advertised item was and what I received was 100% less quality and didn’t have anywhere near the function advertised. At this point, the company is ignoring me. I’m sure that they’re used to complaints! By the way, this was bought from an advertisement on Facebook. I guess they don’t vet their ads, they just rake in their $$
